So I'm just a guy from NY, what do I know about pizza? Well a good bit I would say. We got their plain, pepperoni, white, and chicken bacon ranch (all of which were colossal btw, took up 2 plates) Let's break them down: Plain - A solid crunch on the crust (harsh to come by in the south), good cheese flavor, the sauce was a little sweet to me though. Pepperoni - ^ but with pepperoni Chicken bacon ranch - Had the classic flavor of a CBR pizza. Crunchy crust, an overall solid performer, but could've had more ranch on it. White pizza - this is a showstopper... their best pizza by far. Infused with oregano, every bite had big flavor, but what made this stand out was the ricoltta cheese globs on it. Absolutely phenomenal. With each taste, I sank deeper and deeper into my feelings wishing I could find a woman that made me feel the way this pizza made me feel. Elated. Joyful. Wholesome. Zesty even. Where else can you enjoy all this, while listening to a refined Playlist of scream, In a 1969 lincoln continental? That's what i thought... Cannolis were a pleasant surprise! The filling was one of the best I've had. Oh and their T-shirts are $12
4 words. Chicken & Waffles Pizza. By far (outside of New York) THE BEST PIZZA in Kentucky. Amazing service, amazing staff, I've been to multiple locations and they never dissappoint. They have some other really amazing pizza creations but as far as pizza goes this place is my favorite!
I'm trying really hard not to be a NY Pizza snob. NYC is where I was born and raised there is nothing else like it when it comes to pizza. The atmosphere of this once is so cool. I grabbed some many photos in and outside of the joint. Definitely worth stopping by. The slice is huge, when it first comes out it smells amazing. The crust is thin which I love, but it was not a crispy. The bottom looked great but I think my next visit I need to ask them for the slice to be well done so I have a little crunch to my slice. Is it NY pizza, no, will I try it again, hell yes!
I have to say that I had some really good peaks at this place and this is by far the only place that's open really really late at night. They are open until 5 o'clock in the morning so it's a walkable distance to where all the bars are and for really good pizza I highly recommend this place
